About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of cultural heritage" concerning determination of the concept "monument of cultural heritage"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About protection of cultural heritage" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 39, Art. 333; 2005, No. 5, Art. 114; 2009, No. 8, Art. 105; 2011, No. 4, Art. 22, No. 32, Art. 316) following changes:

to state the paragraph of the sixth Article 1 in the following edition:

"Monument of cultural heritage (further - monument) - object of cultural heritage which is entered in the State register of immovable monuments of Ukraine, or object of cultural heritage which is taken on the state accounting according to the legislation existing before entry into force of this Law to the solution of question of inclusion (non-inclusion) of object of cultural heritage in the State register of immovable monuments of Ukraine";

the third offer of part one of Article 13 to exclude.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
