Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1019) the following change:

"Article 20. Right of appeal of decisions of antimonopoly authority
State bodies, business entities and their officials have the right to appeal decisions (instruction) of antimonopoly authority according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation about bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures, or judicially, and regarding application of administrative punishments - the legislation on the administrative responsibility.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
