The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the State agency on investments and management of national projects and the Kharkiv regional public administration at the choice of "Yukreynian of Nu Agro Teknoledzhiz" limited liability company the investor of the Village of the Future project as component of the national project "The Revived Cattle Breeding" - development and program implementation of development of cattle breeding" and the conclusions with it the relevant agreement.
2. To the state agency on investments and management of national projects together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Kharkiv regional public administration to handle issue of possibility of attraction of the credit under the state guarantees for project implementation specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. Bring in the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises to the special fund of the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 246 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 20, Art. 824; 2012, No. 34, Art. 1259, No. 39, Art. 1477, No. 50, Art. 1971, No. 61, Art. 2473, No. 81, Art. 3280; 2013, No. 39, the Art. 1373), changes which are applied.
