About modification and amendments in some orders of the Main state tax authorities

In pursuance of Law No. 281 provisions of December 16, 2016 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, 947) and on the basis lit.s) h (1) Art. 133 and Art. 187 of the Tax code (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), taking into account subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to Art. No. 472-477,:

1. Change and add:

1) the Instruction No. 11 of September 4, 2001 about procedure for calculation and payment in the budget of the land tax and non-personal tax (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 126-128, 301) as follows:

a) in all text of the instruction of the phrase State Tax Administration, "state territorial tax authorities", "tax authority", "bodies of the State Tax Administration" in any case to replace with the phrase "division of the State Tax Administration" in the corresponding case;

b) declare appendix No. 4 invalid;

2) the Order No. 24 of February 6, 2006 on approval of forms of tax reports on the land tax and the non-personal tax (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 39-42, 131) as follows:

a) in the text of appendices to the order of the phrase "The state tax authorities on the district (мун.)", "the territorial tax authorities" in any case to replace with the phrase "division of the State Tax Administration" in the corresponding case;

b) in the text of appendices to the order after the phrase "under seal" to add with the words "at discretion";

3) the Order No. 289 of June 7, 2007 on approval of standard forms of tax reports on the road charges (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 98-102, 432) as follows:

a) declare item 2 invalid;
