About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 1997 No. 1442

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 1997 No. 1442 "About approval of Rules of retail trade by oil products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 2, the Art. 51, No. 10, Art. 382; 2001, No. 17, Art. 756; 2005, No. 34, Art. 2061; 2009, No. 17, Art. 516; 2012, No. 11, the Art. 403) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 1997 No. 1442

1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the word to State Tax Administration shall be replaced with words to "The public fiscal service".

2. In the Rules of retail trade by oil products approved by the specified resolution:

1) in Item 1:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"1. These Rules determine procedure for acceptance and retail trade by the gasoline, diesel fuel liquefied by hydrocarbon gas, kerosene, oils, lubricants (further - oil products), packaged oil products, and also regulate requirements for observance of the rights of consumers of rather proper quality of oil products, safety for life and health of consumers, the environment and level of trade servicing.";

"Action of these rules does not extend to retail trade by the liquefied hydrocarbon gas for household requirements which is performed according to the Rules of retail trade and provision of services on supply of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas for domestic needs of the population and other consumers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1790 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 47, the Art. 2434).";
