Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the rights of entrepreneurs" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2001, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following change:
to state part 3 of Article 6 in the following edition:
"The refusal in state registration of subjects of entrepreneurship can be appealed according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
