1. Approve Rules of trade in the markets which are applied.

2. These rules have advisory nature for approval of rules of trade in the markets by local government bodies.

3. To management of development, enhancement and introduction of regulations in the field of trade (Chursin O. F.) The Ministries of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine to register this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To republican committee on trade, public catering and consumer services of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea; to managements concerning trade and consumer services of the population of the regional, city public administrations; To Head departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Kiev, Kiev region, to Regional Offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in areas, the city of Sevastopol and on transport; to State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol; To Republican committee on consumer protection of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Main Kiev and Sevastopol to provide to city managements for consumer protection within the powers constant control behind observance of Rules of trade in the markets.
