Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 12, 2001 "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 4, Art. 215; 2003, No. 4, Art. 152; 2008, No. 1, h 1, Art. 1; 2009, No. 12, Art. 813; 2016, No. 7, Art. 602) following changes and amendment:

1. Add Article 8 with part five of the following content:

"Non-compliance with the oath by the member of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan is the basis for its attraction to disciplinary responsibility.".

2. Third of Article 11 to state part in the following edition:

"Declaring of the income and property status of the member of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan and members of his family is performed according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fight against corruption" and the tax legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

3. Article 16 in paragraph seven to replace the word of "fathers" with the word of "parents".

4. In paragraph four of part one of Article 25 of the word of "contract and agreement" to replace with the word "agreements".
