Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 10, 1999 "About elections of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 296; 2004, No. 7, Art. 451; 2007, No. 5, Art. 352; 2008, No. ю, Art. 797; 2012, No. 8, Art. 811; 2014, No. 3, Art. 140; No. 7, h 1, Art. 382) following changes and amendment:

1. The second Article 28 to state part in the following edition:

"The deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon person not younger 30 years having only citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan, the higher education and knowing state language can be elected.".

2. The sixth Article 29 to state part in the following edition:

"The member of Majlisi milli it can be elected or the nominated person is not younger 30 years having only citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan, the higher education and knowing state language.".

3. Add Article 33 with the paragraph the second the following content: "-persons whose nationality is stopped or they acquired nationality of other state;".
