About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of acts of civil status"

Article 1. In Article 4 (1) the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 29, 2006 "About state registration of acts of civil status" (Akhbor of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 4, Art. 201; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1017; 2009, No. 3, Art. 89; 2011, No. 3, Art. 178, No. 6, Art. 444; 2015, No. 3, Art. 220, No. 11, Art. 961, Art. 962; 2016, No. 3, of the Art. 144, of the Art. 145) to make the following change and addition:

- regarding 1 word "citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "only the citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan having the higher legal education and"; - to add part 2 before the word "citizen" with the word "only".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
