1. Approve the Procedure for financial provision of requirements of national defense of the state, mobilization preparation, actions for mobilization and Armed Forces at the expense of charitable gifts of physical persons and legal entities which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 222 "About approval of the Procedure for financial provision of requirements of national defense of the state (Armed forces) at the expense of charitable gifts of physical persons and legal entities for ensuring combat, mobilization readiness, fighting capacity and functioning of Armed Forces" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, the Art. 1449).
