1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2012 No. 1727 "About approval of Rules of determination of the size, appointment, recalculation, implementation and the termination of housing employee benefits of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 6, the Art. 137) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of determination of the size, appointment, recalculation, implementation and termination of housing employee benefits of the special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named resolution:

"9) responsible structural division – division of organization to which functions on accounting of the employees recognized needing housing are assigned.";

8. Calculation of the amounts which are subject to payment to receivers of housing payments based on the lists created by responsible structural division of organization is made by financial division of organization.";

For receipt of lump housing sum payments the employee in addition submits the documents confirming recognition by his person in need in housing during service in organizations of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In case of lack of possibility of submission of the documents confirming recognition by his person in need in housing for receipt of lump housing sum payments during service in organizations of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan the copy of the initial official report about recognition by his person in need in housing during service in organizations of special state bodies is submitted;

2) the reference of judicial authorities (about availability or absence at the applicant and members of the family of the dwelling belonging to them on the property right for the last five years in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are constantly living with him) received not later than in day of submission of the official report;

3) the reference of local executive body (about availability or absence at the applicant and family members who are constantly living with it in permanent use in this settlement of the dwelling from utility housing stock) received not later than ten calendar days about day of submission of the official report;

4) the reference from the duty station (with indication of family composition, length of service in calendar calculation, the periods and places of service, including security with office housing and receipt of housing payments) issued by personnel division of organization not later than ten calendar days about day of submission of the official report;

5) the reference of the spouse (spouse) with data on obtaining or non receipt of housing from the state housing stock or the dwelling leased by local executive body in private housing stock received not later than ten calendar days about day of submission of the official report;

7) the reference of the relevant authorized body in cases when the dwelling in which the family lives does not meet the established health and technical requirements or when two and more families or when in family composition there are patients suffering from severe forms of some chronic diseases (according to the list of diseases approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan) in case of which cohabitation with them in one room (apartment) becomes impossible live in adjacent, uninsulated premises;

8) the certificate of the mortgage organization of the mortgage agreement signed with the employee on whom primary obligation is not fulfilled;

9) copies of identity documents of the employee and members of his family;

10) copy of certificates of birth of children, conclusion (termination) of scrap, death of family members;

11) with the disability at children received before achievement of eighteen years by them, copies of the documents confirming disability;

12) copies of the documents confirming use of housing payments in cases, stipulated in Item 44 these rules;

13) copies of the documents confirming the area of the occupied housing (only for the employees recognized needing housing due to the need of improvement of housing conditions);
