About some questions of transportation of the liquefied oil gas
According to the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity", Item 6 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2012 "About gas and gas supply", for the purpose of environmental protection and prevention of emergency situations of technogenic nature I ORDER:
1. Impose ban for a period of three years on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the liquefied oil gas (the FEACN CU code 2711 12 970 0), propane (the FEACN CU code 2711 12 940 0) and butane (the FEACN CU code 2711 13 970 0) road transport, except for export of the liquefied oil gas through customs post Alakol of Dostyk customs.
2. To provide to development department of the gas industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan the notification of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ensuring control on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union matching with Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to development department of the gas industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;
