About modification and amendments in the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Item l) parts (Article 11 the word "Government" to replace 2) with the word "law".
2. Add Article 15 with parts (1-2) and (1-3) following contents:
"(1-2) Company performing cadastral works bears responsibility for accumulating, systematization, storage and transfer of originals of cadastral documents on the performed cadastral works.
(1-3) In case of dissolution of the company the originals of cadastral documents on the performed cadastral works which are stored in its archive are transferred to Archive fund of the Republic of Moldova in the procedure established by the law.".
3. In part (Article 19 of the word "and at his expense" to exclude 6).
