About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1243

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1243 "About approval of the Procedure for receipt of the certificate of the tax discharge on the income of physical persons by the taxpayer - the resident who is going abroad on the permanent residence and about lack of the tax liabilities on such tax" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, the Art. 28) the following changes:
in the name and Item 1 of the resolution to replace the word "obtaining" with the word "issues";
according to the procedure, approved by the specified resolution:
in the name of the Procedure to replace the word "obtaining" with the word "issues";
third Item 3 to exclude the paragraph;
in Item 6 of the word State Tax Administration to replace with the word "GFS";
in the text of the Procedure for the word "body of the State Tax Service" in all cases shall be replaced with words "body of the public fiscal service" in the corresponding case.
