Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the personified (individual) accounting of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purposes of compulsory national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 194) the following changes:

"Article 7-1. Change of personal identification number
The assigned personal identification number changes:
- in case of change of birth date in the cases established by the legislation in the field of acts of civil status;
- in case of identical at two and more citizens of personal identification numbers;
- in case of wrong specifying in the assigned personal identification number of data on the field and birth date.
Modification of the assigned personified identification number is allowed on the bases provided by paragraphs to the third and fourth part of 1 this Article and also according to the procedure of exception in connection with the technical mistakes allowed till July 1, 2017 in case of assignment of the personified identification number.
The procedure for assignment and change of personal identification number is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
