About modification of the Procedure for the provision by the private partner to the state partner of information on agreement performance concluded within public-private partnership

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for the provision by the private partner to the state partner of information on agreement performance concluded within public-private partnership, No. 81 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 9, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 10, the Art. 458), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for the provision by the private partner to the state partner of information on agreement performance concluded within public-private partnership

1. In Item 3:

Paragraph two to exclude 1);

The paragraph third to state 2) in the following edition:

"The report on agreement performance on form which is applied (it is provided in duplicate, signed by the private partner).".

2. In Item 5 of the word to "authorized body of the executive authority concerning public-private partnership" to replace with the word of Ministry of Economic Development.

3. In Item 6 of the word "Authorized Body of the Executive Authority concerning Public-private Partnership" to replace with the word of Ministry of Economic Development.

4. To state appendix to the Procedure in the following edition:
