About supply of natural gas from the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2003" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. To the State Customs Service taking into account provisions of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan about free trade of December 29, 1994 to perform customs clearance of natural gas origin from the Republic of Uzbekistan which is transferred to National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" in 2003-2004 under the contract of May 7, 2003 N 14/491, to the prisoner between the EASTERN DISTRIBUTION LIMITED Company and National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine", and held for use on customs area of Ukraine, without collection of the value added tax during its import to customs area of Ukraine.
2. Transactions selling this resolution of natural gas specified in Item 1, except transactions selling such gas for the population, budgetary institutions and other consumers who is not taxpayers on value added are assessed with taxes on zero rate of the value added tax.
