About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market

1. In the paragraph the eighteenth the Section II of Rules (conditions) of implementation of activities for the securities trading: the broker activities, dealer activities, underwriting, management of securities approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of December 12, 2006 No. 1449, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 23, 2007 for No. 52/13319 (in edition of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of November 15, 2011 No. 1638) (with changes), words and figures "for 30% and more" shall be replaced with words also in figures "for 20% and more".
2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data on implementation of activities by organizers of trade, promulgation of information and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2012 at No. 1738/22050 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in Chapter 1 of the Section II:
in Item 1:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The list of the securities which are in listing.";
