2. The order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 08.07.96 N 199 "About approval of Rules of carrying out utilization and destruction of low-quality medicines", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.07.96 for N 407/1432, to declare Invalid.
3. To the first deputy chairman of Public service of medicines and products of medical appointment Demchenko I. B. provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice and its publication in mass media.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chairman of Public service of medicines and products of medical appointment M. F. Pasichnik.
