1. In Article 44.2 of the word of "ten thousand" shall be replaced with words "twenty thousand".

2. In the sanction of Article 128 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats".

3. Under Article 129:

3.1. in the sanction of Article 129.1 to words "corrective works for a period of up to two years" to add with words "penalty in the amount of one thousand five hundred up to two thousand five hundred manats, or";

3.2. in the sanction of Article 129.2 to words "corrective works for a period of up to two years" to add with words "penalty at the rate from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats, or".

4. On statye130:

4.1. in the sanction of Article 130.1 to words "corrective works for a period of up to one year" to add with words "penalty at the rate from one thousand to two thousand manats, or";

4.2. in the sanction of Article 130.2 to words "corrective works for a period of up to two years" to add with words "penalty in the amount of one thousand five hundred up to two thousand five hundred manats, or".

5. Under Article 131:

5.1. in the sanction of Article 131.1 of the word of "three hundred" shall be replaced with words "from seven hundred to one thousand two hundred manats";

5.2. in the sanction of Article 131.2 of the word of "five hundred" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand two hundred to two thousand four hundred manats", shall be replaced with words words of "six months" "one year".

6. In the sanction of Article 134 of the word "from two hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats".

7. Under Article 136:

7.1. in the sanction of Article 136.1 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to seven thousand manats";

7.2. to exclude words from the sanction of Article 136.2 "penalty in the amount of five hundred to one thousand manats, or";

7.3. add with Article 136.2-1 of the following content:

"136.2-1. The acts provided by Articles 136.1 and 136.2 of this Code, which entailed on imprudence causing heavy or less severe harm to health of person -

are punished by corrective works for a period of up to two years, or imprisonment for a period of two up to four years with deprivation of the right to hold certain position or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without that.";

7.4. in Article 136.3:

7.4.1. to exclude the words "or causing less severe or severe harm to health" from disposition;

7.4.2. state the sanction in the following edition:

"are punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain position or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without that.".

8. In the sanction of Article 137.1 of the word "from two thousand to five thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to eight thousand manats".

9. Under Article 138:

9.1. in sanctions of Articles 138. 138.3 and 138.4 words "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words 1, "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand manats";

9.2. in Article 138.2:

9.2.1. to exclude the words "death … or" from disposition;

9.2.2. in the sanction of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats", shall be replaced with words words of "five years" "four years";

9.2.3. add with Article 138.2-1 of the following content:

"138.2-1. Acts, the stipulated in Article 138.2 of this Code who entailed the death of person on imprudence -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain position or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without that.".

10. In the sanction of Article 139.1 of the word "from three hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand five hundred to five thousand manats".

11. Under Article 141:

11.1. in the sanction of Article 141.1 of the word of "two hundred" shall be replaced with words "from five hundred to one thousand manats";

11.2. in the sanction of Article 141.2 of the word of "three hundred" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats";

11.3. in the sanction of Article 141.3 of the word "from three hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats".

12. In the sanction of Article 142.1 of the word of "three hundred" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats".

13. In the sanction of Article 143 of the word of "three hundred" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats".

14. In the sanction of Article 143-1 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand manats".

15. In the sanction of Article 147.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats".

16. In the sanction of Article 148 of the word "from three hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats".

17. In the sanction of Article 148-1 of the word "one thousand five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "two thousand".

18. Under Article 154:

18.1. in the sanction of Article 154.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

18.2. in the sanction of Article 154.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats".

19. In sanctions of Articles 155 and 156.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats".

20. In sanctions of Articles 157.1 and 158.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats".

21. Under Article 159:

21.1. in the sanction of Article 159.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand manats";

21.2. in the sanction of Article 159.2 of the word "from two hundred to six hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats";

21.3. in the sanction of Article 159.3 of the word "from three hundred to seven hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand five hundred to five thousand manats";

21.4. in the sanction of Article 159.4 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from five thousand to eight thousand manats".

22. Under Article 159-1:

22.1. in the sanction of Article 159-1.1 of the word "from two hundred to six hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats";

22.2. in the sanction shall be replaced with words Articles 159-1.2 and 159-1.3 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" "from three thousand to six thousand manats".

23. Under Article 160:

23.1. in the sanction of Article 160.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats";

23.2. in the sanction of Article 160.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to seven thousand manats".

24. In sanctions of Articles 161.1 and 161.2 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand five hundred to five thousand manats".

25. Under Article 162:

25.1. in the sanction of Article 162.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats";

25.2. add with Article 162.3 of the following content:

"162.3. Acts, the stipulated in Article 162.1 of this Code who entailed the death of two and more persons on imprudence -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to seven years with deprivation of the right to hold certain position or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without that.".

26. In the sanction of Article 163.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from five hundred to one thousand manats".

27. In the sanction of Article 164 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats".

28. Under Article 165:

28.1. in the sanction of Article 165.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

28.2. in the sanction of Article 165.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

29. Under Article 165-1:

29.1. in the sanction of Article 165-1.1 of the word "from hundred fifty to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

29.2. in the sanction of Article 165-1.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

30. Under Article 165-2:

30.1. in the sanction of Article 165-2.1 of the word "from hundred fifty to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

30.2. in the sanction of Article 165-2.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

31. Under Article 165-3:

31.1. in the sanction of Article 165-3.1 of the word "from hundred fifty to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

31.2. in the sanction of Article 165-3.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

32. Under Article 166:

32.1. in the sanction of Article 166.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

32.2. in the sanction of Article 166.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

33. To exclude words from Article 171-1.1 "penalty at the rate from eight thousand to ten thousand manats or".

34. In the sanction of Article 174 of the word "from hundred to three hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand manats".

35. In the sanction of Article 175 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand manats".

36. Under Article 177:

36.1. in the sanction of Article 177.1 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

36.2. in the sanction of Article 177.2 of the word "from three thousand to five thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to seven thousand manats".

37. Under Article 178:

37.1. in the sanction of Article 178.1 of the word "from hundred to seven hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

37.2. 178.2 shall be replaced with words the words "from three thousand to five thousand manats" "from four thousand to seven thousand manats".

38. Under Article 179:

38.1. in the sanction of Article 179.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

38.2. in the sanction of Article 179.2 of the word "from two thousand to three thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to seven thousand manats".

39. Under Article 184:

39.1. 184.1 shall be replaced with words the words "from one thousand to two thousand manats" "from two thousand to four thousand manats";

39.2. 184.2 shall be replaced with words the words "from two thousand to three thousand manats" "from four thousand to six thousand manats".

40. In the sanction of Article 185.2 of the word "from two thousand to three thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from three thousand to six thousand manats".

41. In the sanction of Article 186.1 of the word "from one thousand to two thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

42. Under Article 187:

42.1. in the sanction of Article 187.1 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand manats";

42.2. in the sanction of Article 187.2 of the word "from one thousand to two thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats".

43. Under Article 189:

43.1. in the sanction of Article 189.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand manats";

43.2. in the sanction of Article 189.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

44. Under Article 189-1:

44.1. in the sanction of Article 189-1.1 of the word "from one thousand to three thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats";

44.2. in the sanction of Article 189-1.2 of the word "from three thousand to five thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to six thousand manats";

44.3. in the sanction of Article 189-1.4 of the word of "five thousand" shall be replaced with words "six thousand".

45. In sanctions of Articles 190.1 and 191 shall be replaced with words the word "to five hundred manats" "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

46. To exclude the words "in defiance of the judgment which took legal effect, and it is equal" from Article 190.2.

47. In the sanction of Article 193-1.1 of the word "from two thousand to five thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to eight thousand manats".

48. In the sanction of Article 194.1 of the word "from one thousand to three thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from three thousand to six thousand manats".

49. In sanctions of Articles 199.1 (in both cases) and 199.2 words "and to be engaged" shall be replaced with words "or to be engaged".

50. In the sanction of Article 200.3 of the word "from seven thousand to nine thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from ten thousand to fifteen thousand manats".

51. In the sanction of Article 200-2.2 of the word "from four thousand to six thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from ten thousand to fifteen thousand manats".

52. In sanctions of Articles 202.1 and 202-1.1 of the word of "hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand".

53. In the sanction of Article 205.1 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

54. In the sanction of Article 205-1 of the word "from one thousand to two thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats".

58.1. in disposition of the word "if it could entail the death of the person or other heavy effects" shall be replaced with words "if it entailed causing on imprudence of less severe or severe harm to health of the victim";

58.2. in the sanction of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

59. In the sanction of Article 225.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

60. In the sanction of Article 227.1 of the word "from one thousand to four thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to eight thousand manats".

61. In the sanction of Article 233-3 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats".

62. In the sanction of Article 234.5 of the word "from two hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to two thousand five hundred manats".

72. Under Article 252:

75. Under Article 256:

77. Under Article 258:

77.1. in the sanction of Article 258.1 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to three thousand manats";

77.2. in the sanction of Article 258.2 of the word "from hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from three thousand to six thousand manats";

77.3. In Article 258.3:

77.3.1. in word disposition "Article 258.1" shall be replaced with words "Articles 258.1 and 258.2";

77.3.2. in the sanction of the word "from six hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from six thousand to nine thousand manats".

78. In the sanction of Article 261 of the word "from hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from three thousand to six thousand manats", in part the word of "two hundred" shall be replaced with words "Note" "two thousand".

79. In the sanction of Article 265.1 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from three thousand to six thousand manats".

85. Under Article 272:

86. Under Article 273:

87. Under Article 273-1:

90. Under Article 286:

91. Under Article 288:

91.1. in the sanction of Article 288.1 of the word "from one thousand to three thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from three thousand to six thousand manats";

91.2. in the sanction of Article 288.2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from two thousand to four thousand manats".

92. Under Article 289:

92.1. in the sanction of Article 289.1 of the word "to three hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from five hundred to one thousand manats";

92.2. in the sanction of Article 289.2 of the word "from three hundred to five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats".

93. In the sanction of Article 293.1 of the word "from three thousand to four thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "from four thousand to six thousand manats".
