Article 1

1) Article 28.8 to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. To the protocol (the resolution of the prosecutor) on administrative offense for which making the administrative penalty is provided, the directed judge, in body, to the official, representatives to consider case on administrative offense, information necessary according to rules of filling of settlement documents on transfer of the amount of administrative penalty, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about national payment system is attached.";
