1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2015 No. 164 "About approval of requirements of the minimum structure of crew of the vessel" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10548, published on July 3, 2015 in information system of law"? d_lt") the following amendments:

in the requirements of the minimum structure of crew of the vessel approved by the specified order:

add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. In the minimum structure of crew of vessel of urgent evacuation, with a gross tonnage up to 500 register tons, working in two-shift structure of crew and performing coastal swimming, the captain and the senior mechanic enter.";

add with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1. On rescue tows of ice class with Aut symbol in the minimum structure of crew of the vessel the log assistant to the captain and the log mechanic is replaced respectively with the electrician and the second mechanic.".

2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
