1. Approve report form N 1-PP "About the amounts of privileges in the taxation of legal entities and physical persons - subjects of business activity", the Instruction about procedure for filling of report form N 1-PP "About the amounts of privileges in the taxation of legal entities and physical persons - subjects of business activity" and Rules of accounting of the value added tax for the purpose of enhancement of calculation of cost size of influence of privileges on this tax on forming of revenues of the Government budget of Ukraine (are attached).
2. GNA of Ukraine to enact report form N 1-PP "About the amounts of privileges in the taxation of legal entities and physical persons - subjects of business activity", the Instruction about procedure for its filling and the Rule of accounting of the value added tax for the purpose of calculation of cost size of influence of privileges on this tax on forming of revenues of the Government budget, starting with the report in 9 months 2004.
