For the purpose of optimization of system of the consultative, advisory and other facilitative branches and services formed by the President of Ukraine according to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:
1. Liquidate:
Committee on economic reforms;
Committee on questions of reforming of law enforcement agencies;
Coordinating committee on preparation and carrying out in Ukraine final basketball tournament of the European championship of 2015;
Coordination council concerning preparation and the celebration of the 20th anniversary of independence of Ukraine;
The interdepartmental working group on the analysis of condition of compliance with law about freedom of expression and protection of the rights of journalists;
The interdepartmental working group on preparation of suggestions for improvement of legislative regulation in the field of fight against violations of the budget legislation;
Organizing committee for preparation and holding the VI Forum of the creative and scientific intellectuals of the State Parties of the CIS;
Council of experts in the Ukrainian-Russian relations;
Council on questions of exhibition activities;
Council concerning ensuring realization in Ukraine the Threshold program of Challenges of the Millennium Corporation for decrease in level of corruption;
Council of regions;
The working group on study of the questions connected with optimization of system of the central executive bodies;
Working group on development of suggestions for improvement of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance;
The working group on questions of implementation of the Concept of development of punitive justice concerning minors in Ukraine;
Working group on questions of reforming of criminal trial;
The working group on questions of development of interaction of Ukraine with the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation;
