Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In Item 29 of Rules of retail trade, acceptance, storage and accounting of products from the precious metals and gemstones approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 261 of May 13, 1996. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 40-41, 330), with subsequent changes and amendments, shall be replaced with words the word "tax" State Tax Administration.

2. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 360 of June 25, 1996 about "About the state control of quality in construction" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 49-50, 415), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 25 in the second offer of "territorial state tax authorities" shall be replaced with words to State Tax Administration;

The text of "territorial state tax authorities in the place of permanent finding of contract organization" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 34 in the second paragraph to State Tax Administration.
