About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 22, 2006 No. 903 "About formation of the Interdepartmental commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning trade policy and participation in the international economic organizations".

2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2007 No. 207 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 22, 2006 No. 903".

3. Item of 5 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2007 No. 1006 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some orders of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

4. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2008 No. 1239 "About creation of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of regional policy".

5. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2008 No. 1260 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 22, 2006 No. 903".
