Article 1

1) in Article 154:

a) to state Item 2 of part 1 in the following edition:

"2) the payment for content of premises including service fee, works on management of the apartment house for content and running repair of common property in the apartment house, and also for the cold water, hot water, electrical energy consumed during the using and content of common property in the apartment house for removal of sewage for the purpose of content of common property in the apartment house (further also - the utility resources consumed during the using and content of common property in the apartment house). Capital repairs of common property in the apartment house are made at the expense of the owner of housing stock;";

b) in Item of 1 part 2 words "the cold water, hot water, electrical energy consumed in case of content of common property in the apartment house and also for removal of sewage for the purpose of content" shall be replaced with words "the utility resources consumed during the using and content";

c) in part 5 of the word "the cold water, hot water, electrical energy consumed in case of content of common property in the apartment house and also for removal of sewage for the purpose of content" shall be replaced with words "the utility resources consumed during the using and content";
