Article 1

1) regarding the 2nd Article 44:

a) state Item 1.1 in the following edition:

"1. 1) decision making about the choice of method of forming of fund of capital repairs, the choice of person authorized on opening of the special account in the Russian credit institution, making of transactions with the money which is on the special account;";

b) state Item 1.1-1 in the following edition:

"1.1-1) decision making about the fee size on capital repairs regarding excess of its size over the established minimum size of fee on capital repairs, the minimum size of fund of capital repairs regarding excess of its size over the established minimum size of fund of capital repairs (if the minimum size of fund of capital repairs is established by the law of the subject of the Russian Federation), placement of temporarily available funds of fund of the capital repairs created on the special account, on special deposit in the Russian credit institution;";

2) regarding the 4th Article 45 of the word "the other person specified in this Article" shall be replaced with words "the other person specified in this Code";
