About introduction of amendments to article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone "Production Valkanesh park" No. 1527/1998

Art. I. – Parts (1) and (2) article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone "Production Valkanesh park" No. 1527/1998 (1998, 236), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 36-37, in the following edition:

"(1) the free enterprise zone "Production Valkanesh park" (further – free zone Is created) for the term of 37 years.

(2) free zone are included:

a) the parcel of land Ploshchad 43,9912 of hectare, cadastral number 9603300003, located in the city of Vulkenesht on Ulitsa Korolenko, 6;

b) the parcel of land Ploshchad 9,3282 of hectare, cadastral number 9603311131, located in the city of Vulkenesht on Ulitsa Korolenko, 4;

c) the parcel of land Ploshchad 53,9295 of hectare located near the railway station Vulkenesht;

d) the parcel of land Ploshchad 50,3 of hectare, cadastral number 9601238042, Comrat located in municipium;

e) the parcel of land Ploshchad 41,9578 of hectare, cadastral number 9602227003, Chadyr-Lunga located in municipium.".

Art. II. – To the government in three-months time:

– bring the regulations into accord with this law;

– adopt necessary regulations on execution of this law.
