About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and additions:

1. To add Article 134-11 after figures "279-2," with figures "279-3,".

2. In Article 279-1:

to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 279-1. Recruitment, training, training or rendering other support in the terrorist purposes";

3. Add the code with Article 279-3 of the following content:

"Article 279-3. Trip abroad in the terrorist purposes

(1) the Trip abroad in the terrorist purposes, that is trip of person to the country which is not the country of its permanent residence or the citizen of which it is not, for the purpose of planning, preparation, making or participation in making of crimes of terrorist nature or training in the terrorist purposes or training in the terrorist purposes,

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of 3 up to 7 years.
