Article 1

Part the second article 39 of the Law of the Russian Federation of October 9, 1992 No. 3612-1 "Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation about culture" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 46, Art. 2615; Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 1, Art. 10; 2007, No. 1, Art. 21; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 40, Art. 5035; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4257; 49, the Art. 6928) after the words "Public Authorities of the Subject of the Russian Federation Have the Right" to add No. with the words "give support to the organizations of national art crafts which list affirms the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation".

Article 2

Item 2 of article 4 of the Federal Law of January 6, 1999 No. 7-FZ "About national art crafts" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 2, Art. 234; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; No. 30, the Art. 3616) to add 2008, with the paragraph of the following content:

"Public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to give support to the organizations of national art crafts which list affirms the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation.".
