About registration of some types of medicines

For the purpose of streamlining of process of registration (re-registration) of medicines and reduction of this process in compliance with requirements of Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" and non-admissions of registration of the means having the expressed medicinal properties as special foodstuff, cosmetic, disinfectants and so forth

I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of types of means which are used for fight against causative agents of diseases or parasites and medicinal cosmetics which are registered as medicines it (is applied).

2. To the chief State health officer of Ukraine, the First Deputy State secretary of MZ of Ukraine Bobyliova O. O. to create the commission with involvement of specialists of the MZ State pharmacological center of Ukraine for consideration of questions of determination of belonging to medicines or other category of products (dietary supplements, special foodstuff and means which are used for prevention and fight against causative agents of diseases or parasites cosmetics and so forth) which go for registration in MZ of Ukraine.

Said commission within the term determined by the legislation for carrying out researches and issue of the conclusion to perform preliminary expert examination of documents and to provide recommendations concerning possibility of reference of the corresponding products to medicines.

3. To provide to the director of the MZ State pharmacological center of Ukraine O. V. Stefanov provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the publication in mass media.
