About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Article 30 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (1995, 34, Art. 373), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

"Article 30. Withdrawal and organ transplantation, fabrics and cells of the person

Art. II. – In article 4 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 38-39, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

part (to add 4) with Item p) the following content:

"p) living donor of bodies.";

part (to add 9) with the Item f-2) of the following content:

"f-2) transplantation Agency – for the category specified in Item p);".

Art. III. – The law on organ transplantation, fabrics and cells of the person No. 42/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 81, of the Art. 273), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In all text of the law of the word "bank of fabrics" to add with the words "and/or cages" in the corresponding number and case.

2. In Article 9:
