Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 31, 2002 No. 63-FZ "About lawyer activities and legal profession in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 23, Art. 2102; 2004, No. 52, Art. 5267; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4011; 2011, No. 48, Art. 6727; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3284) following changes:

The subitem 5 of Item 3 of Article 31 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5) will be organized by rendering legal aid by the lawyers participating as defenders in criminal trial to destination of bodies of inquiry, bodies of pretrial investigation or court according to the procedure determined by council of Federal chamber of lawyers; brings this procedure to the attention of the specified bodies, lawyers also are controlled by its execution by lawyers;";

Item 3 of Article 37 to add 2) with subitem 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) is determined by procedure for rendering legal aid by the lawyers participating as defenders in criminal trial to destination of bodies of inquiry, bodies of pretrial investigation or court and charges to councils of Chambers of Advocates the organization of its execution;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
