Article 18 to add 1) with Items 2.1 and 2.2 of the following content:
"2.1. If within two months from the date of the expiration of execution of the requirement about payment of shortage for insurance premiums, penalty fee and penalties sent to the insurer based on the decision on attraction it to responsibility for making of offense, the insurer did not pay (did not list) in full the shortage amounts specified in this requirement for insurance premiums which size allows to assume the fact of making of the violation of the law of the Russian Federation about compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases containing essential elements of offense and also penalty fee and penalties, the territorial authority of the insurer shall within 10 days from the date of identification of the specified circumstances to direct the corresponding materials to investigating bodies, authorized to hold pretrial investigation on criminal cases about the crimes provided by Articles 199.2 - 199.4 Criminal Codes of the Russian Federation, for the solution of question of initiation of legal proceedings.
