Article 1

To add 1) with Article 11.1 of the following content:

"Article 11.1. The oath of person acquiring citizenship of the Russian Federation

1. Person acquiring citizenship of the Russian Federation on one of the bases provided by the Items - "" of article 11 of this Federal Law (except for persons specified in part two of this Article), shall take the Oath of the citizen of the Russian Federation (further - the Oath):

"I (surname, name, middle name), voluntarily and consciously being naturalized the Russian Federation, I swear:

observe the Constitution and the legislation of the Russian Federation, the right and freedom of her citizens;

fulfill duties of the citizen of the Russian Federation for the benefit of the state and society;

protect freedom and independence of the Russian Federation;

be faithful to Russia, respect its culture, history and traditions".

2. Persons are exempted from bringing of the Oath:

a) not reached age of eighteen years;

b) recognized incapacitated or limited in capacity to act to the judgment which took legal effect;

c) incapable owing to limited opportunities of health to read or say the text of the Oath and (or) with own hand to sign it;
