1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2007 No. 1722 "About the State register (list) of technical means of social resettlement and procedure for ensuring separate categories of citizens with them" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 1, 5/26402; 2012, No. 14, 5/35161; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.04.2016, 5/42002):

1.1.1. add the resolution with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1. Financing of expenses on providing children aged up to 18 years which are not recognized by disabled people, but persons in need on medical indications in technical means of social resettlement, and disabled people of III group, except persons whose disability was caused by illegal actions because of alcoholic, drug, toxic intoxication, mutilation, is performed by the technical means of social resettlement specified in Items 33, 46 State registers (list) of technical means of social resettlement approved by this resolution in 2017 at the expense of means of local budgets.

Since 2018 financing of expenses on the specified purposes is performed at the expense of means of the republican budget.";

1.1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for providing citizens with technical means of social resettlement by bodies for work, employment and social protection approved by this resolution:
