According to Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2017 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning leasing activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 109

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the list of documents according to which collection is made in the indisputable procedure based on executive texts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 No. 1737 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24450; 2011, No. 128, 5/34754; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.08. 2016, 5/42484):

1.1.1. add the list with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. The documents establishing debt on the leasing payments determined according to the agreement of finance lease (leasing), redemption value of subject of leasing (acquisition amount in property of subject of leasing, except for compensation amounts of the investment expenses of the lessor considered in the cost of subject of leasing and subjects to payment as a part of leasing payments) if the condition about its redemption is provided by terms of the contract, penalty (penalty, penalty fee) in connection with such debt if its payment is stipulated by the legislation or the agreement, the interest for using others money connected with agreement performance of finance lease (leasing) established by the legislation and also recognized by the debtor in writing of the amount of subjects to interest payment for use of others money which size is defined by such agreement based on part two of Item 1 of Article 366 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus.
