About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2005 No. 7
Based on part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Rules of work of the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2005 No. 7 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 22, 8/13667; 2012, No. 64, 8/25908), following changes:
1.1. to state paragraph two of Item 215 in the following edition:
"the information letter - the letter constituted by archive on the initiative or at the request of the user, containing the message on archive documents on certain subject, problem and also on absence in archive of the documents necessary for execution of request of the user;";
1.2. in Item 217:
in the first offer "organizations" shall be replaced with words the word "state bodies, other organizations or citizens";
in the second offer to replace the word of "organizations" with the word of "users";
1.3. in Item 218:
in the first offer shall be replaced with words the word of "organizations" "state bodies, other organizations or citizens";
in the second offer the word of "organization" shall be replaced with words "state body, other organization, the surname, proper name, middle name (if that is available) the citizen";
1.4. to exclude the word of "users" from Item 222 part one;
1.5. state Item 223 in the following edition:
