About modification and amendments in some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine

Due to the changes which happened in the legislation of Ukraine, and emergence of problematic issues in practice of application of regulations of substantive and procedural law by economic courts to make the following changes and additions to some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine.

1. Of 26.12.2011 No. 17 "About some questions of practice of review of decisions, determinations, resolutions on newly discovered facts" to state the second offer of paragraph one of subitem 8.2 of Item 8 of the resolution of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine in the following edition: "Provided by the specified regulation of GPK of restriction extend also to judges by whom resolutions by results of appeal and cassation review of the same judgment or other judgments on the corresponding case were accepted".
