Changes which are made to Rules of preparation of regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies and their state registration

"12. The regulatory legal acts which are subject to state registration no later than 10 days from the date of their signing (approval) are represented to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on paper or in the form of electronic documents.
