Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2014 No. 1194 "About international legal protection of assignment (appointment) of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels and procedure for use in the territory of the Russian Federation of the satellite communication networks which are under jurisdiction of foreign states and also about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 47, the Art. 6554).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2014 No. 1194

1. In Rules of carrying out in the Russian Federation works on international legal protection of assignment (appointment) of the radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 31 in the following edition:

"31. When conducting examination of materials for the statement, coordination and registration of frequency assignments for the radio-electronic means used by space systems of the Russian Federation, the radio-frequency service performs their approval of Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation which in time, not exceeding 45 calendar days from the date of receipt of the specified materials, represents the written conclusion about possibility of the direction of these materials to International union of telecommunication.
