About modification of the Instruction about procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation of investments abroad

According to Articles 7, of 25, of 30, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 5, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of the mode of licensing of currency transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Paragraphs of the sixth - the twelfth Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 of the Instruction on procedure for the issue of individual licenses on implementation of investments abroad approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 1999 No. 122, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 26, 1999 for No. 259/3552 (with changes) to replace with eight new paragraphs of the following content:

"Implementation by authorized bank which has the general license for implementation of currency transactions regarding attraction and placement of foreign currency in the international markets, investments in does not require receipt of the individual license of the National Bank of Ukraine:

1) the debt securities issued abroad for the purpose of the credit financing provided by the nonresident to this authorized bank;
