The Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties

proceeding from the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of the May 29, 2014 signed on December 23, 2014

for the purpose of implementation of the coordinated (approved) transport policy and ensuring stable rail activity of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan agreed as follows:

Article 1.

Provisions of appendix No. 2 to the Protocol on the coordinated (approved) transport policy (appendix No. 24 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), including regulations on the unified rates by types of messages (export, import and interstate rates) concerning the loads conveyed by railway transport as transit goods through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in/from the Kyrgyz Republic from/in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the loads transported by railway transport between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan, mutually apply the Parties from the date of temporary application, stipulated in Article 2 this agreements.

Article 2.

This agreement is temporarily applied after 15 calendar days from signature date and becomes effective from the date of receipt through diplomatic channels of the last of notifications of the Parties on accomplishment of each of them of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force.
