1. Procedure and conditions of carrying out tender on selection of lawyers which are attracted for provision of free secondary legal assistance, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2011 No. 1362 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 101, Art. 3718; 2012, No. 77, Art. 3105; 2015, No. 22, to the Art. 608) to state in the following edition:
General questions
1. The presents the Procedure and conditions determine the mechanism of carrying out tender by selection of lawyers who are attracted for provision of free secondary legal assistance (further - tender).
2. The decision on carrying out tender is made by Ministry of Justice on representation of the Coordination center for provision of legal assistance (further - the Coordination center).
The specified decision shall contain the name of administrative and territorial unit (units) in the territory of which, (which) competition, the period of its carrying out, the name of remote rate which lawyer prior to the beginning of the first stage of tender shall pass, references to the web page address for registration of lawyers for participation in tender (further - the web page of registration), and also the minimum estimates of each stage of tender and final assessment of the lawyer sufficient for its inclusion in the Register of the lawyers providing free secondary legal assistance (further - the Register of lawyers), other necessary information is held.
The decision on carrying out tender the schedule of carrying out tender developed by the Coordination center also affirms (further - the schedule).
