Some questions of release, turnover and repayment of bills of exchange which are issued on tax amount on value added when importing (transfer) of goods to customs area of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the inventory for separate types of activity which have seasonal nature or are performed with use of long-term agreements, when importing (transfer) of which to customs area of Ukraine the tax anticipation bill on tax amount on value added from repayment period to 90 days, according to appendix can be issued.

2. Bring in the Procedure for release, turnover and repayment of bills of exchange which are issued on tax amount on value added when importing (transfer) of goods to customs area of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 1997 N 1104 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 41, page 26; 1998, N 28, Art. 1050, N 34, Art. 1277; 1999, N 27, Art. 1330), such changes:

1) in Item 5:

the paragraph one to state in such edition:

"5. Action of this Procedure does not extend to transactions on import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of excise goods (except tobacco raw materials) and goods which belong to commodity groups 1-24 Harmonized commodity descriptions and coding systems";

exclude paragraph two;

2) the second offer of Item 8 to state in such edition:

"In case of import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of goods for separate types of activity which have seasonal nature or are performed with use of long-term agreements, the tax anticipation bill on tax amount on value added with more long maturity can be issued. The list of such goods affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
