About departmental qualifiers concerning customs statistics which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations

According to Article 310 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the procedure for maintaining departmental qualifiers concerning customs statistics which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations (further - departmental qualifiers) affirms the State Customs Service taking into account the following general requirements:

1) maintaining departmental qualifiers is performed on paper and electronic media in the form of tables of distribution of subjects to classification;

2) tables of distribution of subjects to classification contain the next obligatory columns:

code of subject to classification - conditional digital and/or alphabetic reference which displays system of the coding and distribution of objects on classification groups;

the name of subject to classification with its verbal description which gives the chance to distinguish specific subject to classification from others;

3) in case of change of system of the coding of subjects to classification and/or exceeding of number of the changed records more than for 20 percent of its amount the departmental qualifier is subject to revision.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
