1. Determine that onboard the vehicle which performs the international flight and arrives to customs area of Ukraine it is allowed to import (to export) alcoholic beverages and tobacco products for the use by crew members and passengers at the rate of the use by one person in days on regulations:
alcoholic beverages - 1 liter;
tobacco products - 40 grams.
2. Authorize the State Customs Service to provide explanations concerning application of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
