About provision of permission to movement of goods through customs border of Ukraine through the airports at which customs authorities are not located

According to part two of Article 133 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that movement of goods through customs border of Ukraine through the airports at which customs authorities are not located can be performed in connection with events which are held by Armed Forces and other military forming behind borders of the territory of Ukraine or military forming of foreign states in the territory of Ukraine within international treaties, and also in export/import cases through customs border of Ukraine of goods for assistance in mitigation of consequences of natural disaster and in other cases on separate permission of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. The omission of goods through the airports at which customs authorities are not located in the cases noted in Item 1 of this resolution is performed after passing of all stipulated by the legislation types of control.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
